I always try to stay positive on the blog, but it sure is a challenge at the moment. I suffer major November blues. Living in Stockholm the weather turned from sunny and crisp into dark and wet. The sun goes down at half 3 while it already gets darker at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. That isn’t much fun honestly.
Instead of laying in bed all day long (trust me I wish I could) I decided to beat the November blues with the following ammo: stacks of vitamines B (more energy and D (more energy), lots of candles to make the house less dark and nice and cozy, tons of cardigans and scarfs (the heating system in Sweden is centrally arranged, so it still is a bit chilly inside), oh and searching for sunny holidays online helps too. Just a few more weeks and we’re jetting off to Dubai. Can’t wait.
